Hey all! I’m Mustafa Yiğit and I participated in “It’s up to me 7” training of trainers by NaturKultur E.V. in Bremen Germany on behalf of YouthWork Association.
At the very beginning, I would like to remark that it was the best project I’ve ever joined. Everything had been thought on and planned in detail and I truly felt special.
Even though all the bad luck came together for the implementation of the project ( a few postponing because of the pandemic, cancellations from the participants and mostly last min, Darko and Maia’s positive covid tests while starting the activity and so on), we completed the training magnificently.
The trainers’ team: each of them had different characters, styles, experiences and backgrounds and they cooperated as a team in such great harmony that it was a precious experience to be a participant in “It’s up to me 7”.
Since the project has been implemented for years up to now, the experiences achieved during these years ensured it was excelling. The content of the training used techniques and methods, clear objectives, planning and timing, selection of the location and residence, professionalism etc. were created wisely and transparently.
The logistics team did miracles throughout the project. They cared about each of the participants, worked livelily, prepared really delicious food and respected for dietary habits of us all.
In brief, thanks to YouthWork Association I had the chance to take part in such awesome training. Many thanks to NaturKultur E.V.
