7th edition of Train the Trainers: “Its up to me 7”.
Short Description:
Learning by doing, hands on training course where you can gain a lot of know-how, soft-skills, materials, feedback and mentoring, project design, observe different trainer styles.
Two activities:

Note: This activity and venue place are accessible to people with disabilities.

About the Project:
“It’s up to me” is a holistic approach, a year long process where we develop high quality competence for youth workers and trainers that are going to work on transferring know-how, organizing and delivering high quality projects within the Erasmus + program. This project is going to contribute towards raising the quality of the Erasmus + projects that are going to be organized in future, develop capacity for the organizations and it will improve the quality of youth work in general. The workshops selected are based on the different competences from the Trainers competence model (European Training Strategy).
In this addition we have two training activities that will take place in Bremen, Germany:
2 – 10 April 2020
30 November – 5 December 2020
(Please apply if only you can participate in both activities)
Only participants that can attend to the both training courses will be considered during the selection process.
Between the two courses there will be structured coaching and mentoring process where the participants are going to work on developing their competences while they organize local projects and activities that we will design during the first course. Their learning will be supported by the trainers and with materials and resources from the Trainers library (www.trainerslibrary.org).

Costs
Participation fee:
There is participation fee for both training activities of 60€ (€40 in April and €20 in December 2020)
Accommodation and food:
All costs for program, accommodation, food and activities will be covered from the organizers.
Travel reimbursement:
The travel costs will be reimbursed after each of the activities, according to the distance band rules of the Erasmus+ program and not more than:
– Germany €180
– Spain and Croatia €275
– Greece and Turkey €360

Certification:
