Hello everyone
We participated in the project titled “ABoldMove: ABandon OLD Methods OVErcoming vol2”, which was held in Nicolosi, Italy, between 8-16 March 2023, as Bahadır Sevimli and Görkem Arık. We worked in groups of five, using Non-Formal Education methods, together with a group that wanted to develop new methodologies in terms of teamwork, successful communication and design program and do youth work.
According to the Daily Program of the Project we participated in, we understood better the subject called “Team Success and Successful Communication”, which we have covered by dividing the first 3 days into two main parts called “Bazaar” and the remaining days “Woop”.
In the ”Bazaar” events, we, as group members, held activities about how we can establish healthy communication under difficult conditions, measure the levels of the participants, identify the missing points and solve these problems under sub-headings such as risk management.
As the whole project team, we participated in the Catania trip organized by our trainers on 13/03. Thanks to this trip, we had the opportunity to observe the cultural history, rich culinary diversity and social structure of Catania and evaluate them together with all the participants.
In addition to all these activities, we prepared a video introducing our country for our cultural presentation and made cultural promotions of the city we live in and our country. We learned about different countries and cultures with the presentations of our friends who came from other countries with us.
